W: Does the government encourage or curb the purchase of personal cars？

M: Now the government neither encourages nor curbs the purchase of personal cars, but I think there will be a policy in the future to curb the purchase. Have you traveled much in China, Linda？

W: No, not much, but I travel quite a lot in Shanghai every day.

M: Do you think Shanghai transport is efficient？
